helps you learn some words but not as easy to quickly look up words as a dictionary overall phrases help
It is so easy to waste years learning Spanish that you will forget and never use (plug hole!) - and yet no amount of time spent on this material will be wasted, and the use to which the words it focuses upon is put in sentences, cements them in and widens what is learned.
